PORTALES, N.M. Despite forcing 22 turnovers, the UTPB women’s basketball team lost a 76-57 Lone Star Conference match up to Eastern New Mexico University on Thursday night.
Chynna Rivera led the Falcons (3-18 overall, 0-13 LSC) with 12 points, five assists and five rebounds while Sarah Bersang chipped in with 10 points.
Eastern New Mexico (15-6, 10-3) had four players in double-digit scoring figures. Treyanna Clay led all scorers with 15 points.
