The Texas Department of Transportation has scheduled a public meeting at 4 p.m. Thursday at the Odessa offices, 3901 E. Highway 80 or online via WebEx.
The purpose of the meeting is to receive comments on the March updates to the 2017 Unified Transportation Program (UTP). To join the meeting via WebEx, the UTP Public Involvement webpage below.
