Two women arrested, $10,000 cash seized during gaming room raid

Ector County Sheriff’s deputies Thursday arrested two women and seized about $10,000 in cash during a raid at a gaming room location and home.
Deputies also seized two handguns and two rifles, about six grams of methamphetamine and motherboards from game machines during the raid at the White Game Room, 6039 W. 16th St., and at the home, 1416 Desert Flower Ave., sheriff’s authorities said.
The raid took place at about 9 p.m. Sheriff’s deputies with search warrants raided the two locations and arrested Daisey Karime Acosta and Dahayra Enriquez, both 23, on suspicion of gambling promotion, sheriff’s authorities said.
