April 8 Odessa police arrested 36-year-old Tronvoric Stephens for an outstanding felony warrant for manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance, a state jail felony; and for an outstanding misdemeanor warrant. Officers pulled over a white 1996 Dodge Ram, driven by Stephens, at Bunche Avenue and Lamesa Street at 6 p.m. April 8. Police made contact with Stephens, and investigation revealed he had two warrants, including a felony warrant out of Midland County for manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance. Stephens, 405 Bunche Ave., was released April 9 from the Ector County Detention Center on $10,000 bond.
