March 10 Odessa police arrested 37-year-old Timothy Trahan for an outstanding felony warrant for illegal use of a weapon. Officers responded at 6 p.m. March 10 to Interstate 20 and South County Road West in reference to a crash. Police made contact with one of the involved parties, identified as Trahan, and investigation revealed he had a warrant out of Louisiana for illegal use of a weapon. Trahan, 127 Petticoat Lane, Lake Charles, La., was being held March 21 at the Ector County Detention Center without bond.
