TEXAS LEAGUE BASEBALL: RockHounds bring in Ramirez from Triple-A

MIDLAND The Midland RockHounds continued to make changes to their roster with the arrival of left fielder Tyler Ramirez from the Las Vegas Aviators of the Triple-A Pacific Coast League, and the departure of first baseman Anthony Miller, the team announced on Monday.
Ramirez played 38 games for the Aviators this season, recording 18 runs, 22 hits and 18 RBIs with a batting average of .188, but has only had one hit and one RBI with six strike outs in his last 10 games.
Miller has been assigned to the Vermont Lake Monsters in the short-season New York-Penn League.
Miller had scored seven runs off 15 hits and five RBIs with Midland this season through 25 games, batting .188.
