March 14 Odessa police arrested 27-year-old Stetson Wagner and charged him with possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), a state jail felony; and tampering with physical evidence, a third-degree felony. Officers pulled over a silver 2003 Honda in the area of 61st Street and Dixie Boulevard at 2 a.m. March 14. The passenger, later identified as Wagner, immediately exited the vehicle and walked over to a fence nearby and placed his arm over the fence. Police looked over the fence and saw a bag of methamphetamine. Wagner, 6100 N. Dixie Blvd., was released March 14 from the Ector County Detention Center on $22,500 bond.
