Odessa Police Department authorities have identified the man suspected of taking pictures up a 14-year-old girl’s skirt at a Dollar General store last week.
OPD detectives got an arrest warrant for 30-year-old Jesus Omar Moreno, who faces a charge of invasive visual recording, a state jail felony.
Officers were dispatched Feb. 23 to the discount store, 120 W. Clements St., about a man who was caught taking photos of an unsuspecting 14-year-old girl from behind with his cell turned up her skirt, the OPD reported.
The suspect, now identified by police as Moreno, fled the store when he was confronted by the girl’s parents and ran southbound on Grant Avenue. The suspect wore a brown work shirt with a name label reading “Jesus.”
