Sessions for the Downtown Odessa Public Information Series have been scheduled for 6 p.m. today and Friday at The Rose Building, 415 N. Grant Ave., and at 6 p.m. Jan. 19-20 at The Downtown Venue, 515 N. Grant Ave.
Sessions will highlight upcoming projects and grants available to downtown property and business owners.
During each session, participants will learn about the Downtown Odessa Master Plan, Phase One of Downtown Odessa Overlay Zone (from Second Street to Eighth Street, Sam Houston Avenue to Hancock Avenue), as well as Facade and Infrastructure Grants from Downtown Odessa Director Gloria Salinas. The second half of the sessions will focus on Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone (TIRZ) with Deputy City Manager Michael Marrero.
