Artist Kristy Reeves refills the ink on her tattoo machine while tattooing a client on Tuesday afternoon at Heart and Dagger Tattoo. Heart and Dagger, which has called its location at 2826 North County Road West its home for over a year, has been able to stay open throughout the pandemic while still keeping it’s clients and staff safe with precautions put in place to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.
