Fireworks are setup for sale at Mr. W Fireworks stand on the corner of West University Boulevard. New Year’s Eve often brings a lot of fireworks to West Texas. There is an Ector County burn ban so fireworks fans will need to make sure they are on their own property. The City of Odessa does not allow fireworks inside the city limits.
