A hand sanitizer dispenser is seen in the Grand Lobby of the Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center during an open house event Tuesday afternoon in Midland. In preparation for the performing arts center’s upcoming events, the Wagner Noël has implemented new COVID-19 policies and procedures to help prevent the spread of the coronavirus such as spacing seats to promote social distancing, installing easily accessible hand sanitizer dispensers and cleaning all high-touch points before, during and after each performance.
