Copper Rose Building owner John Herriage looks down at a framed commemorative for his service to the community during the recent winter storm which was presented to him by Ector County Judge Debi Hays at an Ector County Commissioner’s meeting Tuesday in the Ector County Commissioner Court. Hays also honored Judge Sara Kate Billingsley, Wilson’s Corner owner Jaime Tisdale, and St. Elizabeth Church.
