Pine trees on Energy Road is seen in the morning fog Tuesday near Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center . National Weather Service issued a freezing fog advisory for much of the Permian Basin including Odessa and Midland county at 9:55 a.m. and will be in affect until 1:00 p.m. Tuesday. Freezing temperatures over much of the Permian Basin with visibility down to 1/4 mile in spots will allow for a potential thin layer of ice from freezing fog according to NWS.
