Sockers FC returns to the pitch when it travels to face the Laredo Heat in National Premier Soccer League play at 7:15 tonight at Texas A&M International University in Laredo.
The Sockers (3-0-1, 10 points) sit second in the Lone Star Conference behind Fort Worth (3-0-0, 9 points) as teams are ranked by points-per-game average. The Sockers defeated Dallas City FC 3-0 Saturday at Grande Communications Stadium in Midland.
