MEN’S COLLEGE BASKETBALL: UTPB comes up short against West Texas A&M

CANYON The UTPB men’s basketball dropped its second consecutive game of the week, losing to West Texas A&M 105-82 in a Lone Star Conference game Saturday afternoon at the First United Bank Center.
The Falcons (11-11 overall, 4-8 conference) trailed 64-44 at the half to the Buffalos and were not able to cut into the deficit in the second half.
UTPB was led by Jacob Ledoux who had 19 points, scoring seven field goals and scoring three 3-pointers with two free throws.
Xavier Ledet had 16 points, making seven field goals while Miles Washington had 12 points.
West Texas A&M (23-3, 12-1) was led by Ryan Quaid who scored 29 points while Qua Grant and Brandon Hall each had 20.
