Oxy Petroleum presented two $2,500 scholarships to Midland College to help students pursuing careers in Diesel and Energy Technology for the 2019-2020 academic year on May 8. The students who received the scholarships are Alex Elvira, Energy Technology and Dillon Kolp, Diesel Technology.
