Jan. 7 Odessa police arrested 23-year-old Marrisa Collins and charged her with possession of a controlled substance (cocaine), a state jail felony; and on 11 outstanding misdemeanor warrants. Officers pulled over a silver 2004 Pontiac Grand Am, driven by Collins, at 4:02 p.m. Jan. 7 in the 700 block of North Grandview Avenue. Police searched the vehicle and found a bag of cocaine near the center console. Collins, 3552 N. Alexander Ave., was released Jan. 8 from the Ector County Detention Center on $10,000 bond.
