A 33-year-old man suffered a non-life threatening gunshot wound to his shoulder Saturday during what the Odessa Police Department suspect is an aggravated assault with a deadly weapon case.
Hospital staff at Medical Center Hospital alerted OPD authorities at about 9:30 a.m. about the victim, identified as James Fazenbaker, who reportedly was injured at a location in the 1600 block of Hemphill Avenue, OPD spokesman Cpl. Steve LeSueur said.
