Legal Aid of NorthWest Texas and New Mexico Legal Aid have scheduled a Texas-New Mexico Legal Clinic from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday at Legal Aid of NorthWest Texas, 620 N. Grant Ave., Suite 410.
The clinic is an opportunity to help low-income Texas residents who have been served with legal papers filed in New Mexico. Volunteer attorneys will provide legal advice on cross-border legal issues including domestic violence, divorce, custody, probate and immigration.
The clinic is free to those who meet Legal Aid of NorthWest Texas financial and other qualifications.
