March 13 Odessa police arrested 38-year-old Larry Estorga and charged him with driving while intoxicated, third or more, a third-degree felony. Officers pulled over a black 2002 Ford Explorer, driven by Estorga, in the 3400 block of East University Boulevard at 1:30 a.m. March 13. Police made contact with Estorga and could smell an odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from his breath. Estorga was eventually placed into custody for driving while intoxicated. Investigation revealed Estorga had two prior convictions for driving while intoxicated. Estorga, 401 E. Ann St., was released March 13 from the Ector County Detention Center on $15,000 bond.
