Owners of La Valentina Felipe Flores and Laura Flores stand to gether in their dinning room Thursday at La Valentina. The Flores started their restaurant as a food truck in 2016 and named it after their daughter Valentina. They later opened their brick and mortar business in Feburary of 2019.
