March 10 Odessa police and the Lone Star Fugitive Task Force arrested 48-year-old Jesus Perez-Ramos and charged him with fugitive from justice, a first-degree felony; and for two outstanding felony probation violation warrants for possession of a short barrel firearm and carrying a concealed weapon. While officers were at Quail Run Apartments, 4320 E. 53rd St., at 5 p.m. March 10, they made contact with a man matching the description of a wanted subject. Investigation revealed that the man, identified as Perez-Ramos, had two felony warrants out of Florida. Perez-Ramos, 4320 E. 53rd St., was being held March 21 at the Ector County Detention Center without bond.
