  • Tracy Garn Betts, 36, was indicted on a charge of assault of a family or household member by impeding breath or circulation, a third-degree felony.
  • Danny Duarte, 49, was indicted on a charge of assault (family violence) by impeding breath or circulation, a third-degree felony.
  • Kevin Gilbert Galindo, 26, was indicted on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second-degree felony.
  • Juan Manuel Gandara, 36, was indicted on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second-degree felony.
  • Celso David Gomez, 48, was indicted on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second-degree felony.
  • Daniel Esquivel Govea, 34, was indicted on two counts of assault on a public servant, both of which are third-degree felonies; and a charge of criminal mischief, $2,500 or more but less than $30,000, a state jail felony.
  • Kimberly Kay Hamilton, 57, was indicted on a charge of aggravated assault of a date, family or household member causing serious bodily injury, a first-degree felony.
  • Roy Monteze Johnson, 28, was indicted on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second-degree felony.
  • Bryson Williams, 21, was indicted on a charge of assault (family violence) by impeding breath or circulation, a third-degree felony.

 

BURGLARY

  • Blanca Isella Zavala, 50, was indicted on a charge of burglary of a habitation, a second-degree felony.

 

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

  • Rene Navarrete Fleming, 41, was indicted on a charge of criminal mischief, $2,500 or more but less than $30,000, a state jail felony.

  • Cesar Josue Arizpe, 46, was indicted on a charge of driving while intoxicated, third or more, a third-degree felony.
  • David Dominguez, 42, was indicted on a charge of driving while intoxicated, third or more, a third-degree felony.
  • Audie Duane Elder, 33, was indicted on a charge of driving while intoxicated, third or more, a third-degree felony.
  • Nicholas David Henderson, 26, was indicted on a charge of driving while intoxicated, third or more, a third-degree felony.
  • Dustyn Huff, 26, was indicted on charges of driving while intoxicated, third or more; and escape while arrested or confined, both of which are third-degree felonies.
  • Jack Curtis Hull-Freeman, 39, was indicted on a charge of driving while intoxicated, third or more, a third-degree felony.
  • Joe Alexander Montoya, 43, was indicted on a charge of driving while intoxicated, third or more, a third-degree felony.
  • Auden Herrera Nunez, 46, was indicted on a charge of driving while intoxicated, third or more, a third-degree felony.
  • Edward Olalde, 27, was indicted on a charge of driving while intoxicated, third or more, a third-degree felony.

FAILURE TO APPEAR

  • Eddie Lee Massingill, 53, was indicted on two counts of bail jumping and failure to appear, both of which are third-degree felonies.

  • Manuel R. Rivas, 52, was indicted on a charge of failure to comply with registration requirements, a third-degree felony.

FRAUDULENT USE/POSSESSION OF IDENTIFYING INFORMATION

  • Adrian Herrera, 29, was indicted on two counts of fraudulent use or possession of identifying information, less than five items, both of which are state jail felonies.

 

INJURY TO CHILD/ELDERLY/DISABLED PERSON

  • Jimmy Darrell Bounds, 52, was indicted on charges of injury to a disabled person and obstruction or retaliation, both of which are third-degree felonies.
