HALTOM CITY On Day 2 of the Richland Winter Blast, the Permian Lady Panthers tallied a 1-1 tie with Colleyville Heritage on Friday.
At halftime the game was scoreless. Permian had four shots on goal while Colleyville had no luck finding its mark.
With 27:34 left in the second half, Permian trailed 1-0. Permian then scored when Kyree Moreno found the back of the net off an assist by Maxi Armendariz with 13:02 remaining in the contest.
In their second game of the day, Lady Panthers defeated Keller Central 2-1 with Tyeliyah Jones scoring both goals in the final 20 minutes. Natalie Terry and Alyssa Mata had assists.
