Pan American Round Table met at The Ellen Noel Art Museum on Jan. 19 where they were informed of the many activities and programs of the museum. Carol Horton, retired teacher from the Ector County Independent School District, told the early history of Odessa and her lifetime experiences here. Refreshments were served by the museum and the PART members then gathered for lunch at The Elegante Hotel.
