“Cooks for Canines” was a Pampered Chef Fundraiser benefiting the Grand Companions Humane Society was held on Feb. 25. Fifteen percent (15%) of all product sales were donated to Grand Companions by Pampered Chef in addition to the cash donations made from guests attending the party. HEB helped with groceries and gift cards for door prizes. Grand Companions Humane Society is a no-kill rescue shelter with the main office in Fort Davis and an adoption center located in Midland.
