Representatives from the Ector County Independent School District School Nutrition, Austin Montessori students, teachers and staff gathered for a ribbon cutting ceremony Tuesday to kick off their annual Cans for Kids food drive for the West Texas Food Bank. The food drive helps to stock the food bank during the summer months when students are out of school. All ECISD schools can participate in the drive.
