MIDLAND The Midland High girls soccer team took a 2-1 lead into halftime and that proved to be the final score as the Lady Bulldogs defeated Odessa High in District 2-6A play Friday.
Malarie Ramirez scored the first goal in the contest for the Lady Bronchos (13-3-2 overall, 3-0-0-2 District 2-6A, nine points). Midland High’s Kylie VonHolle and Ashlynn Dominguez netted the final two goals in the half.
With the win, the Lady Bulldogs improve to 11-2-0 and 3-0-0-2 for nine points.
