Feb. 27 Odessa police arrested 23-year-old Erica Hall and charged her with possession of a controlled substance, a second-degree felony. Police also arrested 27-year-old Joshua Fornash and charged him with possession of a controlled substance, a second-degree felony. Officers pulled over a tan 2005 Cadillac SUV, driven by Hall, in the 1300 block of North Lincoln Avenue at 9:45 p.m. Feb. 27. The front passenger of the vehicle was identified as Fornash. Police made contact with Hall and Fornash and could smell a strong odor of marijuana coming from inside the vehicle. Officers searched the vehicle and found THC wax. Hall, 710 N. McKinney Ave., was released Feb. 28 from the Ector County Detention Center on $25,000 bond. Fornash, 710 N.
