The following is a list of felony indictments by an Ector County grand jury on Feb. 21, 2017. The list does not include those who have yet to be arrested.

ASSAULT

  • Rigo Marrufo-Ambriz, 37, was indicted on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second-degree felony.
  • Charles Howard, 57, was indicted on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second-degree felony.
  • Irvin Hinojos Valadez, 25, was indicted on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second-degree felony.
  • Misty Rae Bailey, 41, was indicted on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second-degree felony.
  • Guadalupe Villagomez, 61, was indicted on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon (family violence), a second-degree felony.
  • Karen Leann Thiesfeld, 35, was indicted on a charge of assault (family violence), a third-degree felony.
  • Ivan Benavidez Valdez, 23, was indicted on a charge of assault by strangulation (family violence), a third-degree felony.
  • Kody Dale Brown, 29, was indicted on a charge of assault by strangulation (family violence), a third-degree felony.
  • Javier Ernesto Ayala, 45, was indicted on a charge of assault by strangulation and impeding breath, causing bodily injury (family violence), a third-degree felony.
  • Pedro A. Rubioochoa, 33, was indicted on a charge of assault by impeding breath (family violence), a third-degree felony.
  • Andres Lona-Arzate, 23, was indicted on a charge of assault of a family or household member by impeding breath or circulation, a third-degree felony.
  • Vincent Edward James, 30, was indicted on a charge of assault of a family or household member by impeding breath or circulation, a third-degree felony.
  • Wayne Alan Slay, 36, was indicted on a charge of assault of a public servant, a third-degree felony.

BURGLARY

  • Mathew Douglas Taylor, 34, was indicted on charges of burglary of a habitation, a second-degree felony; burglary of a building, a state jail felony; and tampering with or fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair, a third-degree felony.
  • Juanita Ibarra, 41, was indicted on charges of burglary of a habitation, a second-degree felony.
  • Mark Anthony Burrola, 19, was indicted on a charge of burglary of a building, a state jail felony.
  • Nicole Lynn Ross, 32, was indicted on a charge of burglary of a building, a state jail felony.
  • Brandon David Dalton, 17, was indicted on a charge of burglary of a building, a state jail felony.
  • Casey Lynn Burson, 26, was indicted on charges of burglary of a building and unauthorized use of a vehicle, both of which are state jail felonies.
  • Anthony Thomas Multhaupt, 53, was indicted on a charge of burglary of a building, a state jail felony.

DEADLY CONDUCT

  • Kennith James Howell, 37, was indicted on a charge of deadly conduct by discharging a firearm, a third-degree felony.

DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED

  • William Patrick Gleason, 59, was indicted on a charge of driving while intoxicated, third or more, a third-degree felony.
  • Chance David Lowenthal, 25, was indicted on a charge of driving while intoxicated, third or more, a third-degree felony.
  • Brandon Lee Tealer, 32, was indicted on a charge of driving while intoxicated, third or more, a third-degree felony.

DWI WITH CHILD PASSENGER

  • Petra Gonzalez Soto, 51, was indicted on a charge of driving while intoxicated with a child under 15 years of age, a state jail felony.

ENDANGERING CHILD

  • Laurie Deann Ocon, 29, was indicted on a charge of endangering a child with criminal negligence, a state jail felony.

EVADING ARREST

  • Alberto Marcus Veloz, 25, was indicted on a charge of evading arrest with previous convictions, a state jail felony.
  • Joel Fuentez, 28, was indicted on a charge of evading arrest with previous convictions, a state jail felony.
  • Adrian Munoz Herrera, 26, was indicted on a charge of evading arrest with a vehicle, a third-degree felony.
  • Josh Ray Perez, 32, was indicted on a charge of evading arrest with a vehicle, a third-degree felony.
  • Martin Rodriguez Veliz, 27, was indicted on a charge of evading arrest with a vehicle, a third-degree felony.
  • Dustin McGehee, 24, was indicted on a charge of evading arrest with a vehicle, a third-degree felony.
  • Ryell Breshon Pride, 25, was indicted on a charge of evading arrest with a vehicle, a third-degree felony.
  • Sonny Edward Gutierrez, 43, was indicted on a charge of evading arrest with a vehicle, a third-degree felony.
  • Jorge Luis Torres, 20, was indicted on a charge of evading arrest with a vehicle, a third-degree felony.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH REGISTRATION

  • Marc Anthony Rodriguez, 20, was indicted on a charge of failure to comply with registration requirements, a state jail felony.

FALSE NAME INFO/FORGERY

  • Johnny San Miguel, 48, was indicted on a charge of false name information and forgery, a third-degree felony.

FORGERY

  • John Anderson Powell Jr., 71, was indicted on two counts of forgery, both of which are state jail felonies.
  • Anthony Jacob Ard, 21, was indicted on a charge of forgery of a financial instrument, a state jail felony.

FRAUDULENT USE/POSSESSION OF IDENTIFYING INFORMATION

  • Jilberto Salgado Morales, 30, was indicted on a charge of fraudulent use or possession of identifying information, less than five items, a state jail felony.

HINDERING APPREHENSION OF FELON

  • Ashley Cruz, 21, was indicted on a charge of hindering the apprehension or prosecution of a known felon, a third-degree felony.

INJURY TO CHILD/ELDERLY/DISABLED PERSON

  • Devin Cummings, 44, was indicted on a charge of injury to a child, elderly or disabled person with intent to cause bodily injury, a third-degree felony.

MANUFACTURE/DELIVERY OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

  • Rickie Lee McDavid Jr., 37, was indicted on a charge of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance, one gram or more but less than four grams, a second-degree felony.
  • Alexander Avina, 45, was indicted on a charge of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance, one gram or more but less than four grams, a second-degree felony.
  • Michael Anthony Rios, 22, was indicted on a charge of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance, four grams or more but less than 200 grams, a first-degree felony.

MURDER

  • Tiayana Marie Dixon, 21, was indicted on charges of murder, a first-degree felony.

POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

  • Tanner Reid Kunkel, 19, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, a third-degree felony.
  • Gerardo Ramirez, 22, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance (marijuana), four ounces or more but less than five pounds, a state jail felony.
  • Bobby Earl Neals, 57, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance (marijuana), four ounces or more but less than five pounds, a state jail felony.
  • Rogelio Armendariz Baca, 38, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than a gram, a state jail felony.
  • Mark Edward Ortega Ontiveros, 50, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than a gram, a state jail felony.
  • Courtney Josephine Calderon, 27, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than a gram, a state jail felony.
  • Robert Davis, 27, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than a gram, a state jail felony.

SEX OFFENDER DUTY TO REGISTER

  • Timothy Raychel Willis, 53, was indicted on two counts of failure to comply with sex offender duty to register with previous convictions, both of which are second-degree felonies.

  • Keller Price, 25, was indicted on a charge of tampering with or fabricating physical evidence, a third-degree felony.
  • Jesus Jose Rodriguez, 27, was indicted on a charge of tampering with or fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair, a third-degree felony.

THEFT

  • Rito Alexander Suniga, 24, was indicted on a charge of theft of property, less than $2,500, with two or more previous convictions, a state jail felony.
  • Amelia Amy Peppentenzza, 43, was indicted on a charge of theft of property, less than $2,500, with two or more previous convictions, a state jail felony.
  • Sheila Lynn May, 46, was indicted on a charge of theft of property, less than $2,500, with two or more previous convictions, a state jail felony.
  • Joanne Kimberly Hicks, 34, was indicted on a charge of enhanced theft of property, less than $2,500, a state jail felony.
  • Jorge Rojo Aldalco, 20, was indicted on a charge of theft of property, $2,500 or more but less than $30,000, a state jail felony.
  • Fermin Lopez, 24, was indicted on a charge of theft of property, a state jail felony.
  • Justin Isaiah Hays, 27, was indicted on a charge of theft of material, a state jail felony.
  • Jeremy Don Grooms, 24, was indicted on a charge of theft of property, a third-degree felony.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF FIREARM

  • Robert Botello Cuellar, 28, was indicted on charges of unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, a third-degree felony; and possession of a controlled substance, less than a gram, a state jail felony.
