The following is a list of felony dispositions from the Ector County District Clerk’s Office. Listed attorneys do not necessarily represent who was involved when the case was disposed.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT

  • Jessica Lindsey Waid, 29, had a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon dismissed March 1. Judge John Smith presided. BJ Brown was the defense attorney. The prosecuting attorney was not listed.
  • Cecilia Flowers, 46, had a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon dismissed March 3. Smith presided. Tony Chavez was the defense attorney and Chris Fostel was the prosecutor.

DWI WITH CHILD PASSENGER

EVADING ARREST

  • Analynn Nicole Mingefiiy, 29, had a charge of evading arrest (enhanced) dismissed March 1. Smith presided. Brown was the defense attorney and Fostel was the prosecutor.
  • Michael Colt Horne, 25, pleaded guilty March 3 to evading arrest with a vehicle and bail jumping and failure to appear and was sentenced to five years in prison. Trotter approved the deal. Jason Leach was the defense attorney. The prosecuting attorney was not listed.

FAILURE TO APPEAR

  • Sara Amanda Craft, 30, had a charge of bail jumping and failure to appear dismissed Feb. 27. Trotter presided. The defense attorney and the prosecutor were not listed.

FORGERY

  • Albert Llanez, 18, pleaded guilty March 3 to forgery of a financial instrument and failure to comply with registration requirements and was sentenced to six months in state jail. INJURY TO CHILD

  • Brandi Leigh McLendon, 34, had two counts of injury to a child dismissed March 7. Smith presided. Justin Low was the defense attorney and Dusty Gallivan was the prosecutor.

POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

  • Galindo Elias Lujan, 50, pleaded guilty March 2 to possession of a controlled substance (marijuana), five pounds or more but less than 50 pounds; and possession of a controlled substance (marijuana), 50 pounds or more but less than 2,000 pounds, and had his probation revoked.   • Bobby Loy Myers, 38, was sentenced to six months in state jail in an order adjudicating guilt March 2 on a charge of possession of controlled substance (heroin), less than a gram.   • Rodrigo Garcia Barrientos, 50, pleaded guilty March 3 to attempting to commit possession of a controlled substance, four grams or more but less than 200 grams, and was sentenced to four years in prison.
