Dylan Kerr

Feb. 7 Odessa police arrested 19-year-old Dylan Kerr and charged him with manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), a second-degree felony; and for an outstanding felony probation violation warrant for manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance, a second-degree felony. Officers responded at 5:30 p.m. Feb. 7 to the 3900 block of Blossom Lane in reference to a burglary in progress. Police saw a man, identified as Kerr, exiting the front gate of a residence. Investigation revealed Kerr had a felony probation violation warrant out of Ector County for manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance. Officers searched Kerr and found a bag of methamphetamine (2.4 grams) inside of his pocket. Kerr was also found to be in possession of a weight scale and several small baggies consistent with delivery. Kerr, 3836 Blossom Lane, was being held Feb. 8 at the Ector County Detention Center without bond.
