March 21 Odessa police arrested 31-year-old -year-old Dustin Susan and charged him with possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), a state jail felony. Officers pulled over a white Chevrolet Silverado, driven by Susan, in the 800 block of East Eighth Street at 10 a.m. March 21. K9 “Maximus” conducted an open air sniff and alerted on the vehicle. Police searched the vehicle and found methamphetamine and several syringes containing heroin residue. Susan, 3750 E. Everglade Ave., was being held March 23 at the Ector County Detention Center on $7,500 bond.
