David Houston Roe

March 22 Odessa Police arrested 32-year-old David Houston Roe and charged him with fraudulent use or possession of identifying information, a third-degree felony; and driving while license invalid with prior convictions, a class B misdemeanor. Officers pulled over a silver 2003 Hyundai, driven by Roe, at 8 p.m. March 22. Roe immediately jumped out of the vehicle. Police found Roe to be in possession of a glass pipe and check books and W2 forms belonging to different people. Officers also found Roe to be in possession of two driver’s licenses and multiple credit cards. Roe was found to be in possession of more than five pieces of identifying information. Investigation revealed that several of the documents had been taken during a burglary of a habitation. Roe, 197 S. Sir Barton Ave., was released March 23 from the Ector County Detention Center on $25,500 bond.
