April 6 Odessa police arrested 35-year-old Colt Arnold for several outstanding warrants, including a felony warrant for fugitive from justice – manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance. Officers responded at 10 a.m. April 6 to Best Western Plus Inn & Suites, 7001 Tres Hermanas Blvd., in reference to a trespassing violation. Police made contact with one of the involved parties, identified as Arnold, and investigation revealed he had three outstanding warrants out of New Mexico for battery against a household member, larceny and failure to comply with probation – possession of narcotics. Further investigation revealed Arnold also had a felony warrant out of Dallas County. Arnold, address unknown, was being held April 10 at the Ector County Detention Center without bond.
