The UTPB softball team allowed 32 runs in two games Saturday losing a doubleheader to West Texas A&M 17-3 and 15-1 respectively at the UTPB Softball Field.
Both games were shortened to five innings with the Falcons (5-31 overall, 2-16 Lone Star Conference) only amassing eight hits in the pair of contests.
West Texas A&M hit 14 home runs on the day with UTPB getting a longball each from Cindy Juarez and Adrianna Berzoza in the doubleheader.
UTPB returns to action Friday for a road contest against Western New Mexico.
