BIG SPRING Chandler Casey helped the Odessa College baseball team win its ninth straight game after a 5-3 victory over Clarendon College on Friday.
Casey threw eight innings, allowed three runs (two earned) on six hits and struck out eight. The right-handed pitcher holds a 3-0 record in three starts.
Angel Torres supplied a team-high two hits, which included his fifth triple of the season. Grant Jones and Kyler Castillo each had an RBI for the Wranglers (11-2).
