The No. 4 Odessa College baseball team collected a sweep against New Mexico Junior College 11-7 and 14-10 during a conference doubleheader Saturday at American Legion Park.
Odessa College’s Trevor Ripke and Wellington Belen each picked up wins on the mound in relief appearances. The two combined for 9.2 innings, allowed five runs and struck out 14. Chase Duncan supplied a pair of home runs for the Wranglers (21-3 overall, 7-1 WJCAC) in the opener.
During the second game, Wade Raburn finished with two extra base hits and four RBIs. Kyler Castillo and Andrew Morales each had three RBIs.
