COLLEGE BASEBALL: Odessa College flexes offensive power, extends win streak to 11

The Odessa College baseball team extended its win streak to 11 games after it piled on 36 hits and 29 runs during wins against Clarendon College and New Mexico Junior College 17-7 and 12-7, respectively, on Saturday at American Legion Park.

In the opener against Clarendon College, Grant Jones and Kyler Castillo combined for seven hits and six RBIs for the Wranglers (13-2). Wade Raburn added two hits, two RBIs and scored three runs.

During the second game, Andrew Morales finished with three hits — which included two home runs — and five RBIs. Jones had four hits and two RBIs, while Castillo posted two hits and two RBIs.
