City has new complaint tool

Odessa residents have a new way to report issues in the city. The Citizen Problem Reporter allows residents to attach photos and even track the status of their complaint.
The system is a map-based tool for residents to enter complaints, such as potholes, light outages or high weeds. The system allows citizens to attach a photo and pinpoint the location of the complaint, using a PC or smart device. Residents can also track the status of their complaint.
The Citizen Problem Reporter can be accessed via the city’s website on the link below. Residents can choose to enter their contact information or remain anonymous when entering a complaint. Only designated staff members will have access to resident’s contact information.
