Brian David Rankin

March 23 Odessa police arrested 50-year-old Brian David Rankin and charged him with prohibited substance in a correctional facility, a third-degree felony; unlawful carrying of a weapon and driving while intoxicated with a prior conviction, both of which are class A misdemeanors; and possession of a controlled substance (marijuana), a class B misdemeanor. Officers pulled over a white 2015 Ford F-250, driven by Rankin, near Meadow Avenue and Oakwood Drive at 12:53 a.m. March 23.
