Feb. 28 Odessa police charged 51-year-old Bradley Dunbar with theft of property with at least two previous convictions, a state jail felony, on Feb. 28. Dunbar was already in custody at the Ector County Detention Center on unrelated charges. H-E-B reported a theft to the Odessa Police Department on Oct. 8, 2016. Investigation revealed that a male subject took about $247 worth of merchandise and exited the store without making any attempt to pay. Through the course of the investigation the suspect was identified as Dunbar, who was found to have several previous theft convictions. Based on the facts and circumstances presented during the investigation, detectives obtained a warrant for Dunbar. Dunbar, 10212 W. County Road 56, Midland, was released Feb. 28 from the Ector County Detention Center on $7,500 bond.
