Jan. 27 Odessa police arrested 31-year-old Amber Patino for an outstanding felony warrant for forgery, a state jail felony; and for 19 outstanding misdemeanor warrants. Officers were at Compass Bank, 1330 E. Eighth St., at 4:15 p.m. Jan. 27 when they made contact with a woman, identified as Patino. Dispatch advised Patino had 20 outstanding warrants, including a felony warrant out of Ector County for forgery. Patino, 3602 Adams Ave., was released Jan. 29 from the Ector County Detention Center on $10,000 bond.
