Region 9 Prevention Resource Center, a program of The Permian Basin Regional Council on Alcohol and Drug Abuse, has scheduled Diagnosing an Epidemic, a community conversation about prescription drug abuse, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Feb. 28 at the Midland Centennial Library, 2503 W. Loop 250 N., Midland, in the Laura Bush Room.
Registration is free and open to the public.
