Prosperity Bank’s Vice President of Commercial Lending Andy Espinoza bows his head in prayer at the beginning of the American Tribute to remember the events of Sept. 11, 2001 and honor and pay tribute to first responders everywhere Thursday, Sept. 6, 2018, at Memorial Gardens Park. The ceremony included placement of 3,000 flags around the pond. The event was free and open to the public. The flags will remain up until Sept. 17.
