A canoe that belongs to a Mexican who goes by the name "The Singing Jesus" sit on the Mexico river bank Thursday, May 23, 2019, in Big Bend National Park. Singing Jesus places a donation jar in the sand weighted by rock on the U.S. riverbank and collects at the end of the day. Mexican people have been known to cross the river at night and place their work and their donation jars in hope that visitors will engage in trade. The U.S. Border Patrol calls the craftwork ‘contraband’ and forbids US visitors to buy it. The U.S. border will have a hard time proving a song as conbtraband
