A bull stands by as an example while Staci Schoenfeldt of Fort Stockton talks about raising beef to fourth-grade students from Gale Pond-Alamo Elementary and Austin Montessori during a Kids & Kows & More presentation Tuesday at the Ector County Coliseum outdoor arena. The program exposes students to the different types of agriculture in the area and continues through Thursday. It is funded with help from an Education Foundation grant.
