Deseray Garza, 5, gets a free haircut from Maggie Cordoba with Styles of Hope and Faith in Christ during Blue the Basin event Saturday morning at Harmony Home Children’s Advocacy Center. The event kicked off National Child Abuse Prevention Month with games and jumpers for kids, information booths, local law enforcement agencies, music and other activities.
