Odessa Police Chief Timothy Burton welcomes the new class to the Citizens Police Academy Thursday night at Central Station. Citizens Police Academy is a sixteen-week program designed to give the public knowledge of how the Odessa Police Department operates while increasing rapport between citizens and police officers.
